A desire to join and contribute to this friendly and cooperative community is a must. The apartments are sunny and charming one bedroom, mid-century ranch style with an efficient layout. Wood and linoleum floors along with wood cabinets and trims make a warm environment. A brand new mini split heat pump provides efficient heating and COOLING. Apartment 3 has a kitchen garden space right outside the front door. There is private, off street parking, an EV charger, a common area coin-op laundry, a private storage closet, and a covered outdoor bike rack. There is also a remote office/studio on-site available for additional rent for those that want to work from home but not IN their home.
