YOUR SPACE: - 24' diameter yurt including kitchen & built in storage - Entry & newly renovated bathroom with heated floors - Front deck with views of the lush green hills - Direct (indoor) access to laundry room with use of washer/dryer & additional storage - Appliances include fridge, range w/ double oven, dishwasher, & gas fireplace. Microwave if desired. - Off-street parking: space for up to 2 cars directly outside yurt - Furnished or Unfurnished THE PROPERTY: You're welcome to enjoy our wonderful backyard, which includes a bar, picnic tables, fire pit, fruit trees (lemons, pears, apples, plums), and a rosemary bush right outside your front door. We also have lawn games and outdoor heaters you are welcome to use. Please note the backyard is a shared space. The property also has a house on it, which is occupied by 3 wonderful people and 2 cats. There is another yurt behind yours which will be unoccupied during your lease UNIQUE QUALITIES: We love our little slice of paradise & hope you will too! A few things to note: - This is a yurt; the roof is canvas, so rain is loud. - The driveway leading up to the yurt is dirt and can be slippery when wet. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: We're located on a peaceful street with awesome neighbors. 10 minute walk to the beach 10 minute walk to Oceana Market $2800/mo + utilities.
