Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Guests agree and acknowledge that Regal Palms Resort will have occasional areas of ongoing construction. The home is not baby-proofed. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed to stay overnight. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property should not exceed 2 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late departures may result in additional charges of up to $300.
