City Exchange was built in 1908 and was the largest produce production facility on the East Coast at the time. It was converted to Lofts and flats in 2006. This unique historic building is outfitted with bamboo floors, stainless steel appliances, Italian stairs, built in surround sound wiring, specially designed sound proofing, washer and dryer, internet and controlled access.
