The house is conveniently located just one mile from the Van Dorn Street Metro Station, 6 minutes from Kingstowne Towne Center, and 15 minutes from Old Town Alexandria, with easy access to Washington, D.C., and the surrounding area. The room is fully furnished and includes a private bathroom and closet. You'll also have access to the shared kitchen and living areas, a washer and dryer upstairs, and the community pool during the summer. Rent is $1,450 per month. Utilities are shared and are not included in the rent. I'm looking for someone who is respectful, responsible, and helps keep the common areas clean. A background check and one month's security deposit are required. A little about me: I'm a 42-year-old dental hygienist. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, reading, listening to music, working out, and spending time with family and friends.
