Property Details This rental is the first-floor unit of a two-unit property, with another unit located directly above. All entrances and indoor spaces are private. However, please note that the BBQ grill (located on the side) and the outdoor shower (located in the rear) are shared with the upstairs Unit B. This unit is professionally managed by Host House, a Jersey Shore based vacation rental manager, ensuring you and your family are in for a great stay. When you stay at a Host House property, you're automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection. The charge listed as "insurance fee" covers your purchase of $1,500 in "all risk" damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link. Owner pays for water and sewer, tenant pays for gas and electric. Pets permitted on a case by case basis. First months rent and security deposit due at signing.
