Walkable, bustling neighborhood with quick access to restaurants, bars, breweries, walking paths, and coffee shops. 1.5 BR 1 bath apartment is painted with vibrant colors and is thoughtfully and stylishly furnished (we used to live in this unit). Comfortable queen Casper mattress, and the couch folds out into a futon. One of the best things about the house is the incredible light that streams in daily. Living room blends into the bedroom, but there are vintage pocket doors if you'd prefer separation. Currently the half bedroom is set up as an office with a adjustable standing desk. Home is heated via furnace or mini splits and cooled via mini splits. Washer & dryer in the basement but is shared with tenants upstairs (which is us). Outdoor space is shared. Utilities not included in rent. We (landlords) live in the upstairs unit with our 3 year old daughter, so it's absolutely necessary we find a tenant who will be respectful and is not raging at all hours of the night. We will provide the same respect. Both units have their own separate entrances. This unit has 3 steps to get into the apartment. Given the size of the space and the set up, the apartment is perfect for 1 person or a couple.
