This is an older but well maintained OWNER occupied four family home, It is not a place for loud, noisy party people..PLEASE NOTE THAT before thinking of applying. I don't have many rules, but the ones I have must be adhered to. NO SMOKING on the premises and NO PETS. The rental agreement is a Tenant-At-Will. This means that either party can give either party a 30 day notice to vacate or move. The notice must be given or received by the last day of any rental period before the upcoming rental period. Finally, PLEASE NOTE.
