Large closets and lots of daylight from large windows. Dogs and cats are permitted. Heat is included in the listed rental price. In addition to the monthly rent, tenant is responsible for cooking gas & electric. All of our apartments are non-smoking. Located only blocks from the Biddle entrance to Frick Park, around the corner from local shopping area with eclectic stores and cafes. Apartment Leasing Instructions In order to hold an apartment for rent we'll need: A deposit equal to one month's rent. This will be used as your last month's rent. Deposit instructions: Deposit includes one month's rent, a $75 application fee for each adult resident, and one $75 occupancy fee. If it is determined that you will need a cosigner there is a $75 fee for that application. Once we receive your deposit, we will email you an application to be filled out by each adult resident. At the time of your move-in you will pay the first month's rent and any prorated amount for early move-in. All documentation must be submitted within 48hrs of receiving the application. Rental requirements 1 year of rental history Every applicant must qualify individually unless married. Full time students must have a cosigner.
