Large kitchen with double pantries and small back deck overlooking the yard. Oversized living room with electric fireplace and massive front balcony for quiet enjoyment. 2nd floor has two very ample sized bedrooms. Apartment comes with 2 off street parking spaces in the rear. All this with heat and water included in the rent!! Tenant responsible for lawn maintenance with equipment provided by landlord but gas, etc to run equipment the responsibility of the tenant. Snow removal also the responsibility and at the expense of the tenant and at their own discretion as long as it is in compliance with city ordinances.
