Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside apartments, on balconies/patios, and in all common areas. Violations may result in charges of up to $2,500 for odor remediation, cleaning, and repainting. Renter's Insurance Renter's insurance is required prior to move-in. Residents with pets must maintain liability coverage that includes their pet(s).
