Pet Policy
* One small dog is permitted with landlord approval.
* A $500 refundable pet deposit is due prior to move-in.
* The pet deposit may be used to cover damage caused by the dog beyond normal wear and tear. Any unused portion will be refunded in accordance with the lease and applicable law.
* The dog must be well-behaved and comply with all local licensing and vaccination requirements.
* Tenants are responsible for any damage caused by their dog.
* Assistance animals are not considered pets and are accommodated in accordance with applicable fair housing laws.
Rental Qualifications

* Positive references from previous landlords.
* Verifiable employment or other verifiable lawful source of income.
* Ability to pay all required move-in funds before lease signing.
* Renters insurance with a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability coverage is required before move-in and must be maintained throughout the lease.
* Maximum occupancy will comply with applicable laws.
