Very nice spacious 2 bedroom on second floor of 5 unit building on 11 acres. Very nice, clean sourounding. Very nice area to live in. Has river accross the street for fishing or cooling off...beautiful. Tenants responsible for having first month rent, one month security and one month realty fee to move in. Landlord will consider a cat but absolutely no dogs ( landlord had horrible past experience with them, please do not ask) Cats or small caged animal ok. Will consider a voucher however paperwork would need to be near completion. Tenant resposible for utilities, oil heat. Landlord pays for snow removal and trash and propane for cooking.
Landlord tries hard to make this place a nice enviroment for all to enjoy and would appreciate tenants that do the same. Renters insurance is recommended but not required. One year lease required.
