It is about 1300 sqft. 1 AC is in the living/dining room.
In person touring is by appointment only. Cleaning was done except the windows.
Renovated about 6 years ago. AC + dishwasher installed 2 years ago.
Owners occupied for 4 years. Other long-term tenants/families live downstairs. Laundry is downstairs, shared with the other tenants.
