Fully furnished townhome with 360 rooftop views in the heart of Santa Fe Art District. We have loved living here and moved because we've grown out of the space after having a family. We love the walkability to restaurants and bars (especially for fun events like First Fridays) and bike-ability to downtown via cherry creek trail. We have a 5-star rating on AIRBNB and everybody LOVED the rooftop. It is a large space with a firepit and plenty of seating. We also value our time in nature and exploring all that Colorado has to offer, so the direct route out of town on highway 6 is also a nice bonus! No smoking. Fully furnished only. Approved pets welcome. Includes 1 garage spot for a light SUV or smaller and street parking for additional vehicles. Lease term is flexible (application fee is $50, non refundable Pet Deposit is $250). All utilities except electric included (unless you prefer your own internet). Option to bundle electric for 6 month or less terms. The rooftop can be a great place for entertaining small groups, however, we do have close neighbors and ask that you respect the noise level. The place is 1000 square feet and is not appropriate for large parties. We will need to perform bi-annual maintenance on the house in the spring and fall for the AC units and sprinkler system. It will only take 30 minutes and can be scheduled at the renter's discretion.
