Large carpeted bedroom, spacious closets, large tiled front room, large tiled kitchen and adjacent tiled dining room. Bathroom is modest however it has all you need and plenty of storage. Dining room has modern ceiling fan/light and a window A/C. Wall heater in front room. Many interior windows throughout offer an abundance of natural light. Many windows have outside awnings attached for shade.
Three large shade umbrellas space provide shade in warmer weather. Pull-down shade on the units spacious balcony prodided for privacy. Comminty space is restricted to patio furniture, b.b.q's, personal plants and bikes.
Community space is shared. Large on site parking with gate remote, onsite cameras, and additional solar lighiting . Locked gates in rear are aways locked/ no access without a key. Hot water heaters are outside the units. A lovely flower garden adorns the front of property, with scattered plants in other areas. Each unit has an outside storabe chest. Persoanl locks are required.
