The property has been upgraded to a brand new heating and electrical systems. My next plan is to insulate the house to further. Located close to Atwells Ave with plenty of access to public transportation. Quiet neighborhood. Property owner lives in second floor. Off-street parking during the winter. Pets are a possibility. Talk to me about it. Other tenants work from home, so no loud animals. The hardwood floors are brand new so no high energy animals. Yearly leases only. Your lease would be from now until May 31, 2027 with option to renew for another full year in spring 2027. No smoking in the apartment or on the property (including the front porch, the back yard, the parking area, etc.) You are responsible for your own snow removal. If you can wait, I usually have the snow removed but have zero control over what time the landscapers can get here. I don't require renters insurance, but I recommend it. It is a cheaper than most people think it is. Usually available from whoever you get your car insurance from.
