Applicants must have verifiable gross income of around 3x the monthly rent, a credit score of at least 600, positive landlord references, & solid employment history. All applicants over 18 must complete an application, including at least 2 paystubs for income verification. To collect keys, tenant must pay first month's rent and security deposit along with confirming insurance and utilities have been established for the start of the lease. No smoking allowed.
