Yard surrounds cottage, plus one wooded acre out your back door, and access to on property Waterfront on Lake Winni September 30-May 20 with option of use of boat dock and on-site kayaks during this time period, with public access to Lake Winni during summer months a 5 minute walk from the cottage, and town beach and dump sticker available. Shared garden available, if desired. Willing to trade/barter partial rent for help with 2-5+ hours per week of part time spring and fall landscape upkeep and general property maintenance year round. Credit check and landlord references required, and if interested in maintenance help or barter, general handyman references required from clients or job supervisors or friends/family. Minimum 1 year lease required, with option for multi-year renewal. Electric and Propane or Cordwood not included in rent. Generator available for electricity during power outages. Owner pays for water, snow plowing, shared trash removal June-November (November to May a $20 dump sticker gets you access to the town dump, or $64 per month for pickup service out your back door. Tenant pays electric, propane, and wood for wood stove (if desired). Additional Pet Deposit and $50/month added to monthly lease for pet tenants.
