The unit has recently redone wooden floors, newly updated bathroom, mirrored closet with built in shelves and a full kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a full stove and oven, microwave and refrigerator. AC and heating units are installed and free of charge for tenants. Utilities The building owner pays: electricity, water, sewage, trash and gas. Wifi is included in the rent. The tenant only pays for cooking gas. The owner is on site often to assist with any repairs or complaints in person. Parking There is street parking with some lots available for parking in the building lot. Inquire about adding parking to your lease. Pictures show furniture for display purposes only - the unit does not come furnished. Owner pays for water, electric, trash, sewer, and water heating gas. Lease is available for 6 months or more, with a month to month agreement after lease term. No smoking is allowed inside the building. Pets are welcome! Speak with the owner for a pet agreement. Owner is responsible for all repairs - tenant is responsible for reporting damage or repair needs.
