You should be aware that this is an urban setting on busy West Main Street (Route 2) with the railroad (3 or 4 trains a day) located behind the building. However, this setting makes it very close to MASS MOCA - in fact it's porch overlooks the Mass Moca campus and it is less than a 3-minute walk from downtown. In this sense, the place lends itself to car-less living.
