There is a $500.00 surcharge for groups that are deceitful about the use of the house, and guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. There is a strict no-smoking policy in all units, and you will be fined $500 if you violate it, plus the additional cost of an ozone machine to remove the smell. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly. Device tampering, including unplugging or disabling Wi-Fi routers, noise monitors, smoke detectors, and security devices, will result in a $100 fee and may lead to reservation termination without refund. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee. A $60.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10am or by the agreed upon check-out time. No shoes are to be worn inside the home, especially on carpeted areas. Lock all windows and doors when not home. Turn off all lights when not in use. Garbage is to be left out for valet pick-up between 6 - 7pm. An additional $10 per guest after 4 guests will be charged. A $100 charge will be applied if any board games or remotes are missing. Excessively dirty dishes or kitchens requiring extra cleaning may incur a $40 additional cleaning fee. Guests are responsible for the replacement cost of any permanently stained, damaged, or missing towels, linens, and fabric items. The co-working corners are ideal for remote days.
