WiFI is included with the rent. Tenants are responsible for hydro. There are laundry facilities on-site. Paid street parking is available through the City of Toronto. A full tenant screening process is conducted. One year minimum lease. Owner pays for water. Tenant is responsible for hydro. Last month's rent is required if rental application is approved.
