The pool heater is turned off between June 1st and September 30th to prevent algae growth. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please place recycling and trash bins at the street the night before pickup on Friday, and only the trash bin on Tuesday. Do not put trash in the recycling bin, as a fee will be charged if removal is required. Always close umbrellas when not in use to prevent wind damage. Shake off sand and rinse beach equipment before returning them to storage. Turn off lights when leaving the house. The A/C may be set as low as 72F; lower settings can freeze the system.
