This space features remodeled kitchen, all new appliances, new plumbing fixtures, new flooring, new bath, newly refinished original hardwood floors and fresh paint through out. Sleeps up to 5 on a newer queen bed and the 2nd bedroom features a bunk bed with new memory foam full and new memory foam twin sized bed. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, range, refrigerator, ice maker, Keurig, fine china and stemware, new linens. Enjoy complimentary WiFi, a 55" TV and a 32" TV both with 55 OTA channels and an AppleTV to make them smart TVs, so you can watch your own subscription TV. Well lit parking and entry. This unit's utilities are in a separate mechanical room. You get the entire 2 bedroom apartment all to yourself. The park like yard has a picnic table and a charcoal grill for your use.
