Located on a 1/2 acre lot, you'll have everything you need and all the privacy that you want. The monthly rent includes ALL UTILITIES and the camper is FULLY FURNISHED and well appointed. This space is ideal for an individual or a couple - MAXIMUM OF 2 PEOPLE. Electricity Allowance is $150/mo (1200 kWh) and overages will be billed the following month. This camper is located in a small, private rental community that we own. There is one cottage, 3 mobile homes and 3 RV campsites in the park. Each lot is spacious with plenty of parking. We ask that you respect the privacy of our full time tenants. This is a PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY but we do require that you disclose you are traveling with a pet, no more than 35lbs, and it must be crated if left alone. Guests will be responsible for any damages caused by their pet and any violation of the pet policy will result in a $500 fee. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: No illegal substances are allowed on the property, and minors should not be in possession of alcohol. Violations will result in eviction from the property and no refunds will be issued. You'll have the camper to yourself and plenty of room on the 1/2 acre lot with ample parking. FURNISHED CORPORATE HOUSING! Month-to-Month MID TERM lease (2-6 months maximum). Water, Sewer, Electric and Internet are included in rent. (If electric bill exceeds $150/month, rent will be adjusted accordingly.) This is a FULLY FURNISHED camper with upscale appointments. Absolutely NO SMOKING and NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY.
