This is a 1240 sq. ft. upper unit of a duplex located on the Guadalupe river half way between New Braunfels and Canyon Lake. There is 1 traditional bedroom on the first floor but there is a 270 sq. ft. loft that can be used for other bedrooms. There are washer/dryer connections and there is a possibility that the washer/dryer will be provided. The unit has central air/heat, parking for two vehicles, and river views as well as river access. If you want to escape the city or crowded apartments come live surrounded by beautiful nature with the peaceful sound of water flowing right outside your door. Lease will be for 6 months with the possibility for extension with agreement of both parties at the end of the first 6 month lease. Owner pays for water but all other utilities are the tenants' responsibility. Electricity will be with Pedernales Electric Co-op and there are multiple options for wifi and garbage.
