Self check-in instructions will be provided before arrival. -Minimum stay of one month, with the option to renew and extend on a monthly basis, subject to property availability. Please inquire for details. -No smoking or vaping. Evidence of smoking at the property wil incur in a $500 fine. -Tenant is responsible for paying utilities. If utilities are not paid, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit. -Open parking outside, first come first serve. there are three spaces available. The visitor parking pass is located inside the door handle. Please display it in your vehicle during your stay and leave it at the property upon checkout. A replacement fee may apply if it is lost or removed from the property. -Only small dogs allowed, subject to a pet fee please inquire about this.
