Exterior safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, as well as a fire extinguisher for guest safety. Guests have full access to the apartment and shared parking areas. Self check-in instructions will be provided before arrival. -Minimum stay of one month, with the option to renew and extend on a monthly basis, subject to property availability. Please inquire for details. -No smoking or vaping. Evidence of smoking at the property wil incur in a $500 fine. -Tenant is responsible for paying utilities. If utilities are not paid, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit. -Open parking outside, first come first serve. there are three spaces available. The visitor parking pass is located inside the door handle. Please display it in your vehicle during your stay and leave it at the property upon checkout.
