Portage Lakes, known locally as PLX, is a vibrant lake community spanning 14 lakes and reservoirs. It offers a great mix of full-time residents and seasonal vacationers who love life on the lakes. The area is dotted with awesome bars and restaurants along the shores, along with various lake activities.
Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There are absolutely no parties or events allowed in the home or on the property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy, which prohibits any kind of smoking on the property, will result in immediate departure with no refund. A 2-night minimum stay is required. All local guests (Cleveland-based) must have at least 2 positive reviews and provide a detailed explanation for renting. Any damaged property must be reported to the host. All guests must have a complete profile with a verified ID and profile picture. All guests on the reservation must be included in the total number, with no unauthorized guests without prior permission. Any uncleaned vomit or blood will result in a $100 charge to the guest.
