To get to the bathroom you must go through one of the bedroom. Real wood panels inside. Landlord pays water, sewer and garbage. Tenant pays electric and gas (Average $122). Each apartment has its own thermostat, furnace and water heater. Back entrance to the north off kitchen The garage can be rented for an additional $50/month. Pets are allowed with a $500 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease.
