I-93 is a three minute drive. South Boston beach is a 10-15 minute walk. Dorchester Beach is a 5-10 minute walk. Excellent restaurants nearby and in the broader Dorchester community - jamaican, vietnamese, italian, american, cape verdean, puerto rican, and irish, just to name a few - walgreens pharmacy within walking distance. higher end grocery store at the savin hill subway stop - think Foodies in the South End, and you'll have a good idea - or you can go to star market at the JFK/UMass T stop. and Stop and Shop is only a 5 minute drive away. there is also an Asian food supermarket within a 10 minute walk as well. No smoking in the unit or on the premises, and no pets permitted. (The unit is currently occupied. in the interest of my current tenants' privacy, i have provided the images of the unit taken right after the renovation was completed.) Tenants cover their utilities - heat/electricity. Landlord covers water and common utilities. 12 month lease required. 1st month, last month and security deposit of 1 month required at move in. those with exceptional credit may be permitted to do just first and security deposit.
