Beautiful rural area - great place to enjoy nature and/or raise kids. We accept Section 8 on this property. You only pay for electricity; the other utilities are covered. Nice, quiet park with on-site management. To move in, you must have first, last and security deposit (all the same amount). Tenant puts electricity in their name upon move-in. Water, sewer, and trash is provided by landlord. No smoking allowed in the unit. Tenants must keep up their own yard, including mowing, weeding, pest control, etc. If they can't do it, sometimes the manager can, or others have been hired to do. The yard must be kept clean at all times. We are not responsible for any tenant's belongings, so we recommend, but don't require, renters insurance. Appliances that are provided are for your convenience; if they need to be serviced or replaced, that is the tenant's responsibility.
