There is a Giant Supermarket within walking distances, and the revitalized Silver Spring is also nearby. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on-site and off-street parking. The apartment rents for 1,375 and there is a 1000 security deposit. Cats are allowed but dogs are not. There is a 25 application fee and the apartment is available for occupancy immediately. All utilities are included in the rent except electric. However, the heat and stove are gas operated and therefore included in the rent.
