Take advantage of our Primary Queen in-Suite Jet Soaking Bath, or our second bath soaking tub. Our Kitchen is fully stocked, leaving you enough space for your grocery storage. The gas stove offers perfect cooking every time! Our home is also equipped with a propane burning stove that gives a warm winter feel and is beautiful to look at! In the living space we have a TV, DVD player & videos. You will also enjoy a lounging couch entering the Primary Suite. Work at the work desk on the 3rd floor while looking at the mountains and overseeing the living room. Surroundings Grandview Lodge Road is located in Plymouth, VT - the birthplace of the 30th President of the US, Calvin Coolidge. Plymouth is a quaint New England town that has a lot of local attractions including Plymouth Artisan Cheese and various hiking trails and a beautiful nature preserve, Coolidge State Forest. Other local attractions include Woodstock, VT, a lovely town that offers numerous restaurants, shops and markets. Our condo is conveniently located 15-20 minutes to Killington, Woodstock, and Okemo. At the corner of 100 & 100A you will find a yoga studio and other local delights! Owner pays for snow plowing. The tenants share with the other tenants shoveling the top of the driveway, the decks, and the path towards the propane tanks. The tenants pay for utilities - propane, electricity, internet, and TV. Recycling is free as long as the Town of Plymouth provides free recycling services. Lease duration is one year, renewable. Parking spaces will be assigned by the landlord. Tenant is responsible to not damage the property during his/her tenancy. The lease describes both tenant's and landlord's responsibilities in detail and will be shared with prospective tenants.
