$3595/month is the rate for a twelve month lease. $3995/month is the rate for stays of three or more months. $4495/month is the monthly rate for shorter stays (min. 30 days). Massive furnished apartment in the historic Stephen D. Hall House at 85 Park Street, one of the premier addresses in Portland. Neighboring properties include the Victoria Mansion. The building is closer to the Old Port than any other high-end street in the West End, though the street itself is quiet and serene. This address is two and a half blocks from the Portland Museum of Art and State Theater, and one and a half blocks off Congress St. This fully furnished two bedroom apartment (can be unfurnished for a full year lease) is incredibly bright with exceptionally high ceilings in the two large bedrooms, both of which have large closets. There are windows on three sides of the apartment. Kitchen and bathroom are tiled in marble with all new, high end appliances and fixtures and hardwood counters. There is a huge walk in closet off the entrance foyer. There are TWO large enclosed patios on the north and south sides of the apartment. The apartment is a second-floor walk-up, though the first floor is up a fairly large granite stoop. Laundry is included in the unit, as is the water/sewer bill, waste removal, and snow shoveling. For shorter term guests we also include heat, hot water, and electric. Best regards, David One off-street parking spot is included.
