There is a 13% tax not included in the rental rate. Rental rates differ depending on month. January - April requires a minimum of 30 days. All other months require a minimum of 14 nights. January: $10,500 February: $12,000 March: $12,500 April: $8,500 May - December based on dynamic pricing
