Absolutely no smoking is permitted inside or outside the home. No parties or events are allowed. Do not engage in any illegal activities on the property. Be mindful of leaving food out that may attract pests. Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay. Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Do not move any furniture, indoor or outdoor. Grill only on the patio area downstairs; grilling on the deck is prohibited. Rinse sand off in the shower under the house or on available water hoses after going to the beach. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or anything other than expected down the toilet to avoid damaging the septic system. Do not pour grease down the drains. If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible behavior, no refund will be given for lost days. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all renters are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty, and swimming is at your own risk.
