Our private 2-bedroom apartment offers lovely views of the Bay, surrounding mountains, and San Francisco skyline, all while being conveniently located about 10 minutes from SFO and San Francisco. The apartment includes two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and is best suited for 1 2 guests seeking a quiet, comfortable longer-term stay. Please note that this listing is available for stays of 30 days or longer only. Remodeled with health and sustainability in mind, the space features eco-conscious cork and tile flooring, with materials sourced from Ecohome Improvement in Berkeley. We've also created a clean, low-allergen environment, including an organic cotton mattress for added comfort and peace of mind. Your private apartment is located on the lower level of our home and offers a cozy, welcoming space to relax. The kitchenette is designed for light cooking and includes a full-size refrigerator, large sink, induction cooktop, microwave, small electric oven, and other convenient essentials. The bathroom features a relaxing jacuzzi tub perfect for unwinding after a long day. The living room is set up for comfort, with a flat-panel TV and Roku channels for easy entertainment. High-speed internet is also provided, making the apartment a great option for remote work, extended stays, or a quiet home base near the city. To help maintain a healthy and allergen-conscious environment for all guests, we are unable to accommodate pets. Smoking and the use of any substances, including marijuana and cigarettes, are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Lease term may be flexible but at least 3 months for this fully furnished in law apartment, with all utilities included in the rent (PGE, water, sewer, trash, and internet).
