Seasonal Casco Bay views from this light & bright 2 bed + office/1 bath with private entry. Apartment is the 2nd & 3rd floor of a 2 family building. Upper level has the two bedrooms, with the lower level housing a brand new kitchen, open plan dining, large living room & a separate 3rd room (legally a touch too small to be a bedroom, but is a separate room with a door off the living room & makes a great office). The area is the best - walking distance to the Eastern Promenade, Old Port & Washington Ave bars/restaurants, as well as a few minutes up the road from Munjoy Hill food/coffee/drinks. We will be moving from this apartment to the one downstairs & will be out of town sporadically for medical reasons. There is a single parking bay for the building which you can use if we are out of town, otherwise there is very good street parking, we have never had to park more than a half block away. Washer/dryer in basement. Ideally looking for a 12 month lease, though would consider something less as long as it went through the winter. Will consider offering (partially) furnished on request. Flexible on start date between September & October. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis but must be friendly as our dog will be downstairs. Please reach out with any questions!
