From the front door, you can see the venerable S&S deli, about 100 feet away. This is a beautiful apartment with high-end appliances, including top-notch in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and gas range. It is located in a 3-unit building. Heating is via a brand-new forced hot air system, and there is central air conditioning. If you have two cars, you can park the second one on the street in front of the house, when you get a Cambridge resident's permit. There is a nice outdoor patio for cooking and dining al fresco.
