The building is non smoking and tenants are required to be 50 feet from entrances while smoking. There is a separate pet policy, but the main points are that a maximum of 2 cats/dogs are allowed, they must be under 30 lbs. each fully grown, and there is an additional pet deposit as well as $25 per animal pet rent.
