This furnished rental occupies the second and third floor of a two unit building (the first level is rented separately). There are dedicated parking spots in the back.
A tenant is responsible for propane (heat source), electricity, and snow removal of their stairs (the owner will take care of all other utilities and snow removal of the driveway and parking areas).
No pets and no smoking/vaping of any kind on the property - no exceptions.
