Vehicles must be parked in the driveway of the rented property, and street parking, yard parking, or condo parking lot parking is not allowed. Parking passes must be completed and displayed immediately upon arrival, and failure to do so may result in fines starting at $100. Extra parking passes cannot be provided due to limited space. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside; surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Fitness center hours are from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, and admittance requires an access device. An adult must accompany all persons sixteen (16) years of age or under at the pool. Beach towels are not provided. There is a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters exceeding this limit are subject to eviction. NO SMOKING is permitted in the house or on the balcony; any violation will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Travelers must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.
