Apartment is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit. The apartment is currently occupied by two tenants who are looking for a third roommate to fill the vacant bedroom. Prospective tenants will be required to sign a lease prior to taking occupancy of the unit. Listed rent price is the price for the entire unit to be split amongst all tenants. Prospective tenants must meet the following minimum requirements of tenancy.
