"Bear Pause" is a 1600 sq. ft., 2 BR & Loft, 3 Bath condo in the Reserve at the top of beautiful Sugar Mountain, NC. We have prepared the space for you (up to 6 guests total) to enjoy year round. What CAN'T you do at Sugar Mountain is the question. We are thrilled that you are considering our home away from home for your stay and we look forward to doing everything that we can to help you enjoy it.
Security deposit and first month rent due up front. Landlord will pay all the utilities for a lease less than 90 days. Our ideal lease is 1-4 months in length.
