The primary suite features a king bed with en-suite bath, while the additional bedrooms offer a queen bed and two twins perfect for families or roommates. Residents enjoy access to Bear Hollow Village amenities including a seasonal outdoor pool, year-round hot tub, fitness center, clubhouse, BBQ area, and walking trails leading to nearby shops and restaurants. Just minutes from Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley, Utah Olympic Park, and historic Main Street, the location offers easy access to hiking, biking, dining, and entertainment. The condo includes one designated underground parking space plus additional guest parking (HOA rules apply). Available August 16-Dec. 1, 2026. First months rent, security deposit and departure cleaning fee of $455 plus pet fee (if applicable) is due at the time of booking. This is a non-smoking rental. No smoking inside of the home or within 25 feet of the exterior of the home. Once renter is approved, renter will be required to sign a lease. Quiet times at the Bear Hollow complex is 10pm-7am. Parking: One vehicle in an assigned spot in the parking garage; additional vehicle parking is available. Street parking is prohibited. Minimum 1 month lease. The owner may consider allowing one dog for monthly rentals of 30 nights or more during the summer and fall seasons with prior approval.
