The Unit has been painted, and maintenance is being completed, the unit is getting new Vertical blinds also. Upon completion of the flooring and refinishing, we will have it professionally cleaned. Rent is $1750 monthly (1 Year Lease) Deposit is $1200 Move-in Special off of the 1st month $350. Freshly Paintend New Flooring is being installed Kitchen Countertop/sink is being refinished. One Carport Parking only Each unit gets a Carport Walkin Storage Pets- No Pet Dogs Allowed. Cats and other small types of Pets will be permitted, but All Pets must be indoor Pets only!. Deposit $250 required for and/or for the other types of Pets contained in a Cage, Tank, Aquarium a deposit not charged if 5 gallons or smaller in size only allowed, We will consider larger Aquariums if acrylic up to 10 gallons with $250 deposit. Utilities- The Tenant pays Gas, Electric. The Owner pays Water, Trash and Gardening. The tenant would have to check on the availability of Cable or Internet Services and for Satellite Dishes we do have certain Rules and Restrictions.
