Beautifully renovated first floor fully furnished end unit condominium with a carport for parking. This condo offers a furnished lanai that overlooks a pond. It also offers a private landscaped courtyard for outdoor dining. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a primary bathroom with a walk in shower and a walk in closet. The two other bedrooms offer queen beds. The living room, dining room and kitchen have an open concept with the kitchen having an island and lots of storage. The appliances are all new stainless steel and offer a brand new washer and dryer. All mattresses are Puffy Cloud and are so comfortable. It's a 5 minute drive to the beach with beach chairs & beach towels, a beach tent and coolers There is a public executive golf course on site as well as a workout space, pickleball, tennis and multiple pools. The airport is only 20 miles. Wifi included. We can rent minimum of a month. The utilities are running $40-50 per month. There is a reserved/covered parking spot for one car. Other cars can park in spots that are not reserved, plenty of parking available. We are a smoke free home. We are a gated community. We are currently rented from 1/1/27 - 3/31/27.
