This unit is located in the Village of Lakemore with an Akron mailing address. Tenant pays gas, electric, cable, internet. There is a monthly flat rate charge for the water/sewer/trash at $120. This charge will be added to your monthly account and paid with your monthly rent payment. The security deposit is equal to one month rent. This is a No Pet and No Smoking unit. All applicants 18 years or older will fill out an application and there is a credit and background check or the applications. Proof of Renter's Insurance is required prior to move in.
