Columbia Arms Apartments - Unclaimed

Ellisville, Mason, Myrtis, Wilburn and Ebenezer are rural communities in Columbia County, west of Lake City, set among flat pine woods, open land and wetlands. The humid, subtropical climate brings hot summers, mild winters and frequent summer rain. The area’s outdoor character is shaped by nearby Osceola National Forest, where forest roads and trails offer opportunities for walking, biking and wildlife viewing; local parks and playgrounds are easier to find around Lake City. Everyday dining, coffee and shopping are concentrated in Lake City, with a broader selection of restaurants and stores than in the smaller communities. The region’s history is tied to farming, rail connections and North Florida’s timber landscape, while arts and nightlife options are modest and mostly centered in town. Driving is the most practical way to get around, with rural roads connecting homes to local services. For ZIP code 32025, the median rent is $1,495 per month, with a typical range of $780 to $3,295.
